SAMUEL (WISE) BANGURA is the Director of Operations at Africa Young Voices (AYV) Media Empire where he serves as Executive Producers for all News and Current Affairs shows. He is the Presenter of AYV ON SUNDAY, which is Sierra Leone’s biggest political show. He holds a diploma and BA in Mass Communication and holds an Associate Degree in General Arts Studies. He is a communicator, broadcast journalist and a columnist.

ALBERT GEORGE SHERIFF is Albert is a journalist with an excellent radio and TV production, presentation, broadcast and print skills. He has worked as a media practitioner for more than two decades commencing as a Disc Jockey (DJ), Reporter and News Reader at the Sierra Leone Broadcasting Service (SLBS) now Cooperation, FM 93.5 in Kenema, News Reader, Producer and Studio Technician the Cotton Tree News (CTN) FBC radio station, Free Media Group (Politico Newspaper) and as a Staff writer for the Newsday International Magazine/ Newsday Communications. Currently Albert is working with the Africa Young Voices (AYV) Media Empire as a Producer, Reporter, TV presenter and Journalist supervisor

ANTONIA HOWARD is the Deputy Director of Operations at Africa Young Voices (AYV) Media Empire. She is one of the Presenters on AYV’s flagship programme Wake Up SIerra Leone; the biggest morning show on television in Sierra Leone. She is also a senior reporter and the lead anchor on AYV’s Prime Time News. When not on screen, Antonia works in the newsroom; editing scripts and producing daily news bulletins. She is the producer of the controversial Hot Seat, presented by Abdul Fonti. She started her career in journalism in 2015. She holds a BA in Mass Communications from Fourah Bay College; university of Sierra Leone and won the Sister’s Choice award for TV Personality of the year 2018.

PATRICIA CONTEH is the Acting Deputy Operations Manger 2 at the Africa Young Voices Media Empire (AYV), where she also serves as Producer and Presenter. She is a presenter of the Front-Page show which is a news and current affairs program that reviews news stories published on different newspapers. She has a BA First Class Honors in Mass Communication from Fourah Bay College; University of Sierra Leone.

SAMUEL IBRAHIM KOROMA is a Television and Radio Presenter, Producer and Reporter with experience in video and photographic editing and production spanning over four years in the Broadcast media. His skills in the field of journalism are informed by his work at Africa Young Voices Media Empire, where he has demonstrated certain skills not only on reporting news stories, presenting live programmes in the studios but also during live field work (Outside Broadcast). His ability to judge the reach of these methods within his working environment has been remarkable. He is the Co-host on the breakfast show Wake Up Sierra Leone and main presenter for the Weekend Review program

MARIAMA MANSARAY is a journalist with six years of practicing experience from the BBC Media Action, SLBC, among others; she works as a Television and Radio Presenter, Reporter and Producer at the Africa Young Voices Media Empire. She holds a higher Diploma in Aviation from the College of Travel and Tourism and a Diploma in Computer Operations. Mariama Mansaray is a supervisor, presenter and producer for the Krio Yus, Parliament and The People program – a good governance program that gives insight on parliament and the various constituencies in Sierra Leone.

THOLOMA SUMAH is a broadcast journalist at the Africa Young Voices Media Empire. He is a presenter, producer, script editor and reporter. He holds a Diploma in Mass Communications from Fourah Bay College-University of Sierra Leone (FBC-USL). In June 2017, Tholoma was awarded ‘Staff of the Month’ for his dedication and hard work.

ABDUL KARIM (FONTI) KABIA is the Director of Quality Assurance, Communications and Public Relations at the Africa Young Voices (AYV), where he serves as Presenter for the company’s daily media review program known as Front Page. He is popularly known for hosting a weekly hard talk show titled HOT SEAT. Fonti graduated with distinction in Journalism and News Writing from the London School of Journalism (LSJ). He has over a decade of experience as a motivational speaker, activist, producer, editor and satire writer.

RANSFORD LUBE-METZGER JNR is a news anchor, reporter, and producer. Holds a certificate in Computer Studies at the Liccsal Business College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass communication from the University of Makeni. With 2 years of experience in TV and Radio Broadcasting, he has risen through the ranks due to his diligence, commitment to duty and his inter-personal relationship with colleagues. He has moved from being an intern in 2016 to the presenter of the Krio News TV Bulletin, Radio News Bulletin in English and the famous Caught on camera show. He is popularly known for his satirical quotes and widely regarded as the best Krio Yus presenter at AYV

IDRISSA CONTEH, holds a diploma and Bachelors Degree in Mass Communication who has worked as a print and electronics journalist for various institutions. He is the state House Correspondent for AYV TV Channel 33 and producer for the Youth Platform programme. He is funny, funky and likes to make fun of everything to capture attention.
